Tim Hoots, a Nashville native, has established a distinguished career in the construction and project management industry. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University, Tim embarked on a successful journey in Corporate America in 1986. Over the next three decades, he became known for his expertise in construction, project management, and his unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and quality. In 2018, Tim became the President of HR Investments, LLC, where he oversees the construction of approximately 15-20 units annually. His leadership and strategic vision have propelled the company's growth and reinforced its reputation for excellence in the industry. Tim's dedication extends beyond his professional life into his community and family. He is an active member of St. Henry's Catholic Church, where he has led major projects, including a $12 million new church build, demonstrating his ability to manage large-scale initiatives. He also volunteers at Room at the Inn, supporting the homeless community. On the personal front, Tim has been happily married to Nancy for 35 years. Together, they have raised six wonderful children: Mark, Kate, Joe, Elizabeth, Mary Francis, and Hannah, whose ages range from 13 to 30. Tim's commitment to his family, faith, and community is a testament to his values and dedication.
